Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls, in both Ocean and Air operations
• Produce accurate reports and follow up shipment bookings with overseas offices and all customers/stakeholders in an efficient and effective way
• Confirm information for order processing. E.g. selling rate, shipping company preference, shipping schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date and consolidation, etc.
• Provide general administrative support and update information on systems/files. E.g. shipment details, working manual, account management list and vendor list, etc. upon receipt of updated information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide back-up support to teammates
• Assist to provide on-the-job training to new comers, if required
